When I Started: Feb, 1999
How I Started: I was 22 and very out of shape. I started dating a bodybuilder and enlisted in his help to train me. From there on out, I found my passion.
Why I Love It: There is nothing better than personal gratification knowing that I did it. Seeing daily changes and gains is a constant positive energy.
How I Stay Motivated: I am self motivated. I love training. What I also think keeps me going is the curiousity to see just how big I can get. Go big!
BB Accomplishments: 3 first place finishes. And last year I qualified for Nationals, which I will be competing in next November.
