How I Started:
I took up water aerobics because I was so unfit and putting on weight, I could see people lifting weights in the next room from the pool, they were fit, sweaty and strong, I took it up a couple of weeks later, sure beats water aerobics!
Why I Love It:
Builds my strength and confidence.
How I Stay Motivated:
My results keep me motivated, and I cant wait to try anything new I have read about or seen at the gym that night!
I have had enough carb to give me some great energy for my back night tonight, my aim if too get 3-5 sets of chins with 3-5 reps each, seated row with a highter weight than last week, and to really concentrate on my lats on the lat pulldown, then if I have any energy left, some straight arm...
Sunday - legs 5x5 (Squats, Deadlifts, single leg romanian deadlifts etc)
Monday - Upper body 5x5 (Chins, Rows, Push Press etc)
Wednesday - Legs 3x9 (Front Squat, lunges, sumo deadlift etc)
Thursday - Upper body 3x9 (Chins, DB Rows, DB press, push ups etc)
Just passing time and seeing how all the people who friended me have been going.....

Damm Bethaney, how did u put on all that size. 5in's on your chest. U gain major size all over except arms & calves. What r yourr goals. Do u plan on competeing. Bob
