I have always been an athlete my entire life. I've been playing baseball since the age of 5, so I always had the motivation to train hard and improve my skills. At the end of my senior year in high school, I was starting to gain a little bit of weight. One reason was because I stopped doing cardio in my training sessions, and I also had bad eating habits. In the beginnig of 2006, my friend and I started competing in running events. I was hooked! Since then, there is hardly a day I go without running. I can honestly say that I love working out!
Why I Love It:

How I Stay Motivated:
Competing in running events. I like it when people give me compliments about my body. That is like fuel to my fire. I love helping other people achieve their fitness goals, as well. Also, seeing my body transform day by day. Last but not least, have the dream to becoming a fitness model.

hey bro. just wanted to let you know you inspired me to get some Lipo-6x. i'm really excited to start taking it in addition to my 30 mins of cardio then abs in the AM and PM. i'm determined to get abs like you, man :-)
thanks man. you are really inspirational! aside from a diet, lipo-6, running, and 15 minute ab workout every time do you do anything else to keep your abs and chest so rockin? you're freakin shredded. similar to you, i start most of my workouts with 50 dips, 50 weighted knee raises, and end with about 10 mins of abs. i also do 2 days of just cardio and abs.
