I have always been focused on cardio...running, swimming, cals....I have never been able to gain weight, no matter how much I eat...time to get serious

I like to see constant improvement

I look at some of the lazy out of shape people who I work with...I refuse to be that way
What is the one tip you would give somebody who is just getting started?
Don't let anybody get you down. Everyone has to start at some point, people don't just wake up big, cut and in shape. Stay focused, it takes time.

What mistakes did you make when you first started working out?
Like most young guys getting started, you want to see what your max is and how much weight you can throw around. It took me a while to understand that your form is the most important.
