I am doing a carb-cycling program for mass.
On my heavy days I will be consuming 596g(2.25xBW) carbohydrates, 331g(1.25xBW) protein, and 66g fat(.25xBW). This will total roughly 4,300 calories.
On my medium days I will be consuming 397g(1.5xBW) carbohydrates, 358g(1.35xBW) protein, and 93g fat(.35xBW). This will total roughly 3,850 calories.
On my light days I will be consuming 133g(.5xBW) carbohydrates, 397g(1.5xBW) protein, and 132g(.5xBW) fat. This will total roughly 3,320 calories.

I try to focus my program on a 360 degree basis. From waking up, to workout nutrition, to sleeping.
Mornings (Non-workout days) - I take my omega 3, 6, and 9's with CLA. On workout days, I add a serving of MusclePharm Assult.
During workouts - I drink a 20g of protein and 20g of dextrose compound.
Post workout - I take a half-dose (since I am cutting) of a mass gainer complex which is also packed with 50g of BCAA's (or 25g in my case).
With Lunch- I take a multivitamin and more omega fatty acids.
Before Bed - I take 2 capsules of MusclePharm ZMA Max.
