The strong back ain't doing anything at the moment due to a recent fall. Check out my "jgreystoke facing life sentence" thread, which you'll find halfway down my profile. Pics show warts an' all after a layoff(health). Nothing like the truth to motivate!

you know i was stuck for MONTHS at 225. ironically, what worked best was to just keep upping the weight to get your body used to it. sometimes i would only do 1/4 squats with heavier weight, then the next week i found i could go lower with it. get your body used to more weight. once your body feels more weight it will get easier as time goes on. next time youre in the gym attempt to throw on 10 more pounds on each side. you'll get there with time. good luck!

Thanks. The back shot is to hide my belly. Look a lot worse from the front. Only good lift is the stiff leg deadlift, and am stalled at the moment.

Hi Berserk. Thanks for the rep. See you do 20 rep squats! My conditioning is way too poor at the moment for such a manly program. I believe, however, it has turned men into supermen for three quarters of a century.....no drugs or machines or supplements....except milk! Good luck with all your size and strength goals.
