Hey there -L,its going great in terms of weight being lifted on the squat and deadlift but the bodyweight is very slowly creeping up.. trying to keep the fat to a minimum. weekend not much just work :) what about your bulk mate?
hey bro...yeah ive done really well with the cutting..end up loosing about 9 kg's in 9 weeks..about 20 lbs ;)..Feels good brah..
Unfortunetly some of that was muscle i reakon..but havent lost any strength which is great..Hows things wit u bro?
like...whenever i show an old pic of myself (my xmas '06 one) in my group fitness classes, pple are like "O...M...G! i wanna hire you!" but i just gotta get this exam written, 1st; took the course back in late aug/early sept.

yep. i'm really looking forward to becoming a trainer. i KNOW that i can use my experiences to help others in the same shoes as i was once in.
it's no fun being in my former condition. so, i really want to help pple get out of that.
