I have been looking at everyone online for months.I am ready to make a change and June 25th 2008 is my start date.I also wanted to be an example to my very lazy when it comes to fitness 18 year old.

btw I love drywall finishers! It's an art to cover up the seems and screw holes/nails. You rock! I'm friends with the worlds most famous carpenter! Keep working hard, and stay motivated!
If you would like to achieve your fitness goals possibly sooner than you thought I recommend you look into the Body for Life program. My wife (bodyspace: judimax) went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 and I lost over 50 Lbs going from 36 to 10% bodyfat in just 12 weeks with the BFL program. You will need to challenge yourself to achieve great results but I believe they will be well worth the effort. Let us know if you would like more info.
