How I Started:
Always worked out off and on with my father. Just got serious about it recently since I'm in the military, and I don't have sports to occupy alot of my time anymore.
Why I Love It:
The challenge it gives me.
How I Stay Motivated:
It's hard to, but I try by staying in touch with friends, and getting on to this website.
BB Accomplishments:
I achieved a 300 bench, and a 405 squat on my last deployment but have dropped off a bit since returning home.
