How I Started:
One of my teachers got me into with a class I had with him, and as I began to see my results in sports I eagerly joined the ranks of weight-lifters and requested a gym membership for my birthday that same year.
Why I Love It:
Conditioning the body for rigors of sports and the occisional after-school fight, get socially lifted with a well-deveolped body
How I Stay Motivated:
People I want to impress, think about them a lot and that gets me pretty pumped up. Mostly its all in the head
BB Accomplishments:
Veiny biceps, oblique seperation, ripped claves and quads, and the slash in the side of the thigh.

What is the most dangerous weightlifting exercise? Why?

3-8 sets. I believe in high volume training for the bigger and tougher bodyparts, especially from my results.

Thanks, and yes it has. Since you're a man you're going to need alot more calories than me but i recommend lean cuts of meat and tuna (although take it easy on that) also taking about 6 grams of fish oil a day (so 2 grams with 3 meals, try for them to be the meals before the gym) will boost your metabolism.
