dang sorry to hear that brotha. glad you made it through and are on your way back to normal. i had an operation a few years ago because of a twisted vein in the same region. took me a solid two months to get back on track. yea love the bike man. :)

well i dont no what u want from supplerments but best protein i find is bsn true mass or syntha 6 taste great and works great but other stuff i ve just been trying loads and tribex are good tablets

Just saw your post asking what piece of cardio equipment we could not do without. My answer is the elliptical. It has helped me a lot and I have gone from hating it to loving it. I can go for 2 hours on it now.
