KoreanFREEK
KoreanFREEK Sup bro thanks so much for the add man. I suggest you start off with mass phases to get huge (since the mass season is starting for all bodybuilders lol), add sum bulk, and incorporate good cardio sessions to keep ur cardio and metabolism up. diet is most important tho, so no junk, eat 6-8 times per day small meals/snacks. get enuff protein (~1g per lb of bodyweight), moderate carbs, n healthy fats! train hard man n after u bulk up then cutting season comes!
