Always athletic, played baseball, soccer, and ran cross country (parents wouldn't let me play football) so I just spent time trying to get stronger and faster for baseball and soccer.
Why I Love It:
It is my passion. It is my escape.
How I Stay Motivated:
I just do. I'm passionate, extreme, and some people consider me obsessed... therefore motivation is never an issue.
BB Accomplishments:
Powerlifting:
2007: APA World Record Full Meet 242 RAW class
Trying to get up to 260-270 with a bf of 12-14% before dieting down starting mid June next year to make a run at the qualifiers around a weight of 220-224 late 2009.
Phase1 of my HvH program is usually 15-20 reps per set... to condition and get the muscular endurance up. Phase2 of my HvH program is 4-12 reps to get the strength and mass up.

How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
Phase1 of HvH - hardly any rest at all... again trying to force adaptation, work the endurance, and bring cardio levels up. Phase2 of HvH - a lot more rest as trying to push more weight

What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
When I was a pro wrestler... Chris Benoit. Overall in BBing I like the look of Darrem Charles or Kevin Levrone as they hold mass and have good proportioning/detail.
Description: Guest posing at a local High School when I was 3-4wks out from a show... 224lbs here... Just trying to get the crowd pumped... Kinda crazy I know... but I had a lot of fun...
Benny Palm Beach NPC LEVEL 5
Played: 64
Description: Quick improvised routine at Palm Beach... can tell I got lost and just did most musculars after my lil popn-lock bit... oh well... still always a joy to get the crowd movin
565 raw squat
Played: 105
Description: 565 Raw Squat at APA full RAW powerlifting meet.
Hi Ben.impressive transformation.excellent symmetry, size and leanness.I wish you great success in what ever you do in 2008 and first of all in your next competition.stay strong.EROS
Aww, well I guess if there ever was a reason to put competing on hold, that'd be it! Sooo happy for you! And that's great that your friend is competing in fitness too! I wish more girls would get into it, but I can understand why they're all flocking to figure - it's far less demanding on the body. I mean, when you consider how many years I've done gymnastics (since age 6) I'm an old lady by the sport's standards now! Haha!
