Always athletic, played baseball, soccer, and ran cross country (parents wouldn't let me play football) so I just spent time trying to get stronger and faster for baseball and soccer.

Phase1 of my HvH program is usually 15-20 reps per set... to condition and get the muscular endurance up. Phase2 of my HvH program is 4-12 reps to get the strength and mass up.

How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
Phase1 of HvH - hardly any rest at all... again trying to force adaptation, work the endurance, and bring cardio levels up. Phase2 of HvH - a lot more rest as trying to push more weight

What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
When I was a pro wrestler... Chris Benoit. Overall in BBing I like the look of Darrem Charles or Kevin Levrone as they hold mass and have good proportioning/detail.

Hey Ben! As I was looking at some of your photos, I thought "That looks like a Lifestyle Family Fitness locker room, and sure enough, it is!
