I looked in the mirror one day and really didn’t like the reflection I saw, so have decided with great determination to change the way my fitness.
Why I Love It:
In the gym, I can focus on myself and myself only, you can forget the world and concentrate on working out. After completing a workout, ok it may hurt but what a buzz. I wish I had started earlier.
How I Stay Motivated:
As I am determined to change the way I look and feel.
BB Accomplishments:
LOL its not much, but getting myself to the gym is a start LOL.
To complete the 12week Body-for-Life challenge from start to finish.
Goal (Long):
Touch wood, I have been reasonable fit, I play rugby on a regular basis and participate other sporting activities. Unfortunately I carry to much weight and really don’t feel comfortable with the way I look. So, I have decided to take the 12week Body-for-Life Challenge which I will start on Monday 20th April 09 and see what I can actually do for once and for all.
