How I Started:
I have been all over the place with workouts due to school. I have trained 8 weeks, twice a week. 4 weeks 5 times a week. and now have trained 3 weeks 3 times a week. I guess you could say i've had some pretty good progress.
Why I Love It:
The Pump, and seeing my body transform.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing Good Gains to Physique. Extra inches on Vertical.
BB Accomplishments:
Standing Vertical Jump is now 38 Inches.
