Tuesday-spinning or circuit training + legs, glutes
Wednesday-kwandoflex (cardio and weights)+ biceps, triceps, shoulders
Thursday-spinning or circuit training + abs abs abs!
Friday-kwandostrike (cardio and boxing)repeat muscle groups
Saturday-kwandoflex (cardio and weights)
Sunday-OFF! rest
