What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
I was doing hang clean, and I lifted 145. But when I got it to my shoulders it dropped and landed on my quad above my knee. It actually still looks messed up but it doesn't hurt at all.

What supplements do you take immediately after your workout? Why?
hey man. if you want to get bigger you should try some more supps other than just whey. try some creatine or nitrous oxide. i used just whey for a while and slowly got results. i was pretty much like you, just taking whey for a while, i wanted to take more, but my parents didn't want me to... in college i do whatever the hell i want ha ha. anyway try some no xplode if you get the chance. it will get u noticably bigger if you take it for a month or so.

So far so good, keep it up. I used to be on the track team as well, but it's kind of hard to gain weight if you are constantly running for miles at a time.
