Emerson College Attended 2007 to Present Boston, Massachusetts United States
High School:
Glen Rock High Attended 2004 to 2007 Glen Rock, New Jersey United States
When I Started:
Apr, 2006
How I Started:
My friend was like, "Hey, wanna come to a gym with me and my bro?" And I was like, "I guess so."
Why I Love It:
I love it because I continuously see results and because I know that I am living a much healthier lifestyle than I used to.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated through my shear love of working out in the gym, and through visiting bodybuilding.com often. The insightful articles as well as the research that is posted always lets me know that I can dry something new and continue to see better results. **My daily weight and body fat percentage are provided by a Taylor body fat scale**
BB Accomplishments:
None yet. I've never competed or anything, but I would like to in the future after I gain some more weight.
I guess I could say that the body I've earned is an accomplishment. I've never had a trainer or played a sport. The body I have comes from the contributions people make to this website. I'm always reading through articles and changing thins based on what is better, and what is best. I've learned a lot from this website, and I'd like to thank all those that contributed for enabling me to earn the body I have today.
I feel the need to walk around with excessively huge muscles. So...thats what must be done.
Goal (Long):
I have been dedicated to this sport for nearly 4 years, and my progress has come to a halt. I plan on spending the next 8 months eating like a mad man and training like a silverback gorilla. I NEED TO PUT ON SIZE! I spent 8 months bulking last year only to gain about hmm...no pounds. My metabolism is insane, so I really need to up the calories and change up my foods. Its time to get HUUUUUUGE!
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 70 lb
Bodyfat Goal:

Currently I am following an epic 13-day split that I will utilize for most of the summer months. There are no specific exercises for each day because I am trying to focus on muscle confusion. Therefore, each time I preform that muscle groups workout, It will be different from the last....
4000+ Cals and still losing weight?
Crazy man... I'm on the 4000+ bandwagon too because I'm nearing the end of my bulk.... The only difference is that I'm still gaining...
it is hard to hit cardio hard so you lose bodyfat but still hit iron hard and build the muscle mass. i'd like to think i'm doing both considering weight and appearance, but its hard to tell. i'm really pushing fr definition. yours is impressive. props to you on that. my metabolism is in a coma compared to yours man. i have to watch every calorie I consume--and I can't say that my diet is the cleanest. moderately dirty actually. LOL
Whaaatt! Holy crap bro... That is some crazy ass ****. I guess you're what you call a hardgainer huh? haha...
I weigh more than you do right now and I probably take in around 3300 calories per day for now. I guess I'm just lucky I don't need that many calories relative to my body weight...
I hope your bulk goes well man! Keep workin hard and you'll reach your goal! :)
Awesome man, good luck. Sure you will do great. I have been outta the gym for a bout 2 weeks. Been outta town. I am eager to get back home and get back to it man!
