I started when a co-worker of mine started working out in a gym near me. I get motivated, because I want to put him in a choke hold he cant get out of. LOL

What's your diet like now, if you don't mind me asking? Eating more, by itself, will not necessarily help. Trust me, I've been there, done that. I only gained a bunch of fat weight.
thats an injury and let it heel further lifting can cause more of a serious injury I had a freind who had the same situation he was doing bent over rows and he broke his wrist because his bone released and snapped what ever you do rest it and ice it is it swollon please tell me if it is you need to go see a doctor if its sour and bruised and if it feels tight rest it
