I do all of my workouts at home. I love HIIT style workouts, and running. I am also training to improve my race times.

I try to eat clean whole foods. I incorporate all of the food groups into my diet, and believe in creating a sustainable nutrition plan.

I get bored doing the same thing every day. Always keeping my challenges fresh and different keeps me motivated.
My workouts change every day. I film them and share them on my blog (www.BenderFitness.com) and youtube channel (www.youtube.com/mdloughy). Stagnation kills motivation.
I love Burpees, and incorporate them into my workouts quite often.
I really love working out, and even filmed videos while I was on vacation.
I create new workouts all the time, and enjoy varying the exercises.
I have a lot of friends join me for workouts. My friend Tony was surprised at how challenging this workout was.
