What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
Right now i am deployed so nutrition is at its finest. I follow a high protein moderate carb diet.
Breakfast 5 egg white 2 cups oat meal
mid morning Protein shake (60)grams
lunch 3 chicken breast 200 grams of rice and 2 cupa of brocoli.
mid afternoon Protein shake (60)grams
dinner same as lunch.
1.5 cups of cottage cheese before bed.Right now i am deployed so nutrition is at its finest. I follow a high protein moderate carb diet.

Hey bud...I def. appreciate the comment. Always trying to grow here. Harder than hell to do though. lol. I made some nice gains though in a year (155 to 210lbs...12"arms to 16.75" all natural too) not too bad, but not enough. Take er easy bro and lift em heavy
