How I Started:
I started working out years ago in college. After I graduated and moved I kept it up and started doing Bikini Contests. I loved the way my body looked and I had more energy than ever! I slacked off, took some time away from the gym for a few years and had a baby. After my c-section I knew I had to get back in the gym so here I am trying to get in better shape after having a baby than I was before!
Why I Love It:
I love working out because I am in control of shaping my body and seeing results is the best feeling!
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing results motivates me and I love being competitive!
