Get back to my strength level before my surgery last November.
Goal (Long):
My current goals is to gain my size back to my former weight of 198 pounds. While progressing to that goal gain my Squat and bench press strength back to the level i was at before my surgery last November.
Squat 700 pounds
Bench 500 pounds
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 17 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
12%

8-12 on mass or stability exercises. On strength exercises 1-5 reps. These are the rep ranges that maximal strength and stability can be achieved through my experience.

How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
3-5 minutes on strength exercises (Bench Press/Deadlift/Squat). All other 2-3 minutes.
