How I Started:
My dad always lifted/ran with me since I was 5 or 6. I found it fun when I did it. Then in 8th grade I started trying to lift more. Then Sophomore year I started lift daily, but Junior year was definatly the year I saw lots of improvement.
Why I Love It:
I love the results, being stonger, healthier, the feeling of achievement, and the confidance boost.
How I Stay Motivated:
Wanting to get stonger, and I defiatly don't want to lose what I got.
BB Accomplishments:
Personal Satisfaction and thats all that really matters.
