My dad purchased me a bench at the early age of 16 and I been lifting since then.

WHY I LOVE IT:

Working out relieves the daily stress I encounter, good for your health, and I want to look great around others as a healthy way to live.

I embark on a journey on this Wednesday night. I will begin my goal of getting a rocky four-pack in one month. I currently stand at a soft four pack. It will take dedication and hard work. I must eat healthy if I want to accomplish this goal. I need to stay away from a lot of fats and carbs, while supplying my body with adequate protein to grow. My nutrition is 90% of my efforts, while training is the other 10%. Not only do I want to do this for me, but I want to show off my body to others(especially girls) and be an inspiration to kids of somebody who leads a healthy lifestyle. This is all fo...
