Training has been so-so. I have been dieting so strict that I have no energy lol. That's ok because after today I can finally get off the damn boiled chicken

4.5? Dam dude, thats awesome. I'm still at 4 right now. I've been pretty sick the last week, so I missed the gym a number of days. I'm just trying to prevent weight loss at the moment rather than look to gain anymore. Until I'm back to 100% that is.
Keep it up man, thats a huge gain. I remember like thats week you said you were only at 2!
