How I Started:
I started working out when i first started competeing at boxing about 5 years ago. I have only recently started building muscle as i would like to move up 2 weight divisions at boxing.
Why I Love It:
I love working out for a number of reasons. Firstly the feeling of achievement after a hard work out at the gym. I find doing a hard work out increase confidence levels and in turn allows you to enjoy life more. Also working out means you can improve your appearance for the opposite sex, that is another key factor in why i spend the amount of hours i do in the gym.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated mainly by just focussing on my goals. Also i go to the gym with groups of friends who are at a similar level to myself this helps me stay motivated as we are constantly competeing against each other.
BB Accomplishments:
No bodybuilding achievements but i have been highly successful at amateur level boxing.
