What are the kinds of things you focus on when taking a couple days in a row off or i guess even just one day off? Stretching? Eating? Water? Pushups/Situps? Supplements? Vitamins? Do nothing? Just trying to figure out what people think works or doesn't work best.
Hey Ben, just checking in to see how things have been going with you. I finally got back on my diet as of about 2 weeks ago and working on getting in the gym consistently. My work schedule has made it difficult but hopefully will be getting better next week. Hope you've been able to train hard. Let me know how its been going.

i used it for 4 monthes last winter..it was tha ****..i bulked up 30 lbs..
now im taking it and adding lean mass..I have 2 scoops daily, thats it..that way i dont get to much of the carbs and sugar from it, i always use it right after my workout..
I forgot to ask you how you like the M-Stak. I've taken 2 cans of it and love the stuff. I got a few other friends that swear by it too....only thing is it's made me and 2 of my friends break out more than normal...especially in the shoulders.

Thanks for the compliment bro...been killing it in the gym. I need to get the kind of ab thickness you got! I've even got gravity boots to make sure I blast them properly lol
