Damn, when are you going to post some new pictures? I know youve been working out since uve been back right??? I dropped another 5 pounds when i got back home, dont ask me how, lol! Ive been keeping it off too. I try to hit the gym atleast 3 times a week and try to run atleast 9 miles aweek.. my diet is still roughly the same, lots of protein and low carbs.

Hi! Been trying to respond in my blog, but it wouldnt let me. I usually do sets of 200. I take like a 5 minute break between each one. Some days if I have more time, i will do up to 2000 crunches :). Glad I could help inspire you with ab work!
