getting there, you don't have as many choices in the chow hall, so it's hard keep tp to maintain a certain diet. It's slim pickings, it sux man. *not even any egg whites!!!*

I don't have a camera out here. I'm hoping to do the same as you. Cut the fat,build up the muscle. At least you get a choice of what you eat back home, you know how it is being deployed. Peace.

Damn, when are you going to post some new pictures? I know youve been working out since uve been back right??? I dropped another 5 pounds when i got back home, dont ask me how, lol! Ive been keeping it off too. I try to hit the gym atleast 3 times a week and try to run atleast 9 miles aweek.. my diet is still roughly the same, lots of protein and low carbs.

Being back home is pretty nice, I already found me a honey. Her name is angie and shes 4'11 and weights 98 lbs. lol shes a small one. I started back at the gym this past monday, my **** is sore as hell right now. Give me a good email address so i can send you a pic of this lil honey.

whats up muscles..are you still in the deid? when you getting out of there? Hows the weight training and cardio coming? I'm down to 185 right now..that was another 5 lb difference since i left there... i started back at the gym this past monday..today was backs..oh it felt goood.
