So ive been at school for a month now and its going good. Im eating as healthy as i can from what they offer and im gettin to the gym atleast 6 days a week. Class is also going well so theres nothing to complain about. Now i just gotta continue to lift hard and heavy and hopefully i can continue...

All is well, I hrt my arm 3 weeks ago pretty bad in the gym, fragment tore one of the right forearm muscles from the elbow.. much pain Bro,, this one sucks..

Main thing I was worried and anxious about is that my chest/arms arent up to par, and everyone's been tellin me my legs/back will suffice in placing but Im just a weird ****er lol. I shouldve been a curl and bench boy and still worked legs haha. Thanks though man !
I wasnt so sure about whether or not because lack of size is my downfall. Ill prolly give it a go and start my diet December 8th.. which leaves me with 4 months. Hopefully I can dial it in haha
