So ive been at school for a month now and its going good. Im eating as healthy as i can from what they offer and im gettin to the gym atleast 6 days a week. Class is also going well so theres nothing to complain about. Now i just gotta continue to lift hard and heavy and hopefully i can continue...

8 WEEK PROGRAM WILL INCREASE YOU MAX SQUAT, DEADLIFT, AND BENCH ANYWHERE FROM 10-30 POUNDS

all major lifts squat, bench, and deadlift have 4 warm-up sets and the first is .45% of your working sets the second is .65% the third is .85% and the last is .90%

Yeah I am getting back to the basics with training. I'm already 225 at 8% bodyfat still. I will be more prepared next year.
