How I Started:
I've been playing sports all my life. Bouncing back from a back injury. Recovering cardio bunny/restricted cals. Now I eat more clean-frequent, lift heavy (progressive) and always keeps my body guessing! Also, I learned to REST more. Recovery is just as important as training HARD.
Why I Love It:
I enjoy challenges and accomplishing them.
How I Stay Motivated:
Having the energy to do and enjoy the things that matter in my life, pretty much is its own motivating factor. And because I never back down from a challenge, EVER! My little poem to you WARRIORS out there: Hey Warrior, are you home? Are you ready? This is your wake up call. I forged you in the pits of hell so that you may rest in peace. Love my legs, I have some height so once I start slimming down I think good things will happen. This is actually really old, I need one now, a little slimmer around the middle. But you get the jist. This is what healthcare does to the body when cortisol levels go crazy!

Depends, on a fasted cardio, a protein drink. If not, then whole foods, something high glycemic.
