| I strength train 5 days a week for 40-60 mins usually 5/6 different exercises 3 sets of 10-12. One to two body parts per day.I try to work my abs twice a week. I prefer free weights to the exercise machines. I really like the barbells, trying to get into using dumbbells. I do cardio 45 minutes 5 days a week. Either the treadmill at a fat burn rate or the Elliptical trainer. Sometimes I will start on one, and end on the other to keep things interesting. I track my food intake 6 days a week and stay between 1200-1750 calories per day. Usually in the 1300-1400 range. I have tried low carb, but its just not for me. I drink 10+ glasses of water daily. |
