Good question. Wish I had a happy answer. I recently suffered a miscarriage. It was an unplanned pregnancy and a big suprise. Just when I was happy about it, I lost the baby. Today I started my diet again. Hoping to start my exercise routine again very soon. Trying to let my heart and body heal.
I strength train 5 days a week for 40-60 mins usually 5/6 different exercises 3 sets of 10-12. One to two body parts per day.I try to work my abs twice a week. I prefer free weights to the exercise machines. I really like the barbells, trying to get into using dumbbells. I do cardio 45 minutes...
WOW! Thank you! I appreciate your comment! It is a challange to make the decision to be a healthy and fit person- but the results are WORTH IT!! YOU GO GIRL!
Wow, you are really transforming yourself! Keep it up! You are looking great... and take care of that arm! I have starting doing three warmup sets for my first exercise, after that I do not need to warmup for anything else...Of course, I did not start doing this until after a hurt my neck three times in a row. ;-)
you are making nice progress fromyour first pics to now congrats on what you have achieved so far ...I am sure you will make it to your next goal as well keep up the hard work
Congrats on choosing to change your life and I wish you much success in achieving your goals. Even though it may seem like an uphill road take time to enjoy the journey. I will enjoy watching what I am sure will be your successful progression.
Just read your blog and I wanted to post this there, but having problems with that...anyway...Jealous of your squat numbers!! That's maniacal...doing cardio after leg days...I can't even think about cardio after legs!! Keep it up :)
Good job getting back on the wagon. I'm there too after a month off of training for the wedding and dissertation defense. The switch to lean proteins and good carbs is a great idea. What has always worked for me is eating clean starchy carbs before my dinner and focusing on lean proteins and a heaping mound of vegetables for dinner. I might have a piece of fruit and a bit of non-fat yogurt for a snack. You're doing well so keep up the good work.
i love soda!! thats my cocaine addiction...! how did you do it???
wait..... who am i kidding... i wont give it up... but i can try... have a great one!!!
