My Workout Philosophy View My Full Workout Program

Cardio, Weightlifting and Gym Classes

I walk usually in the morning for at least an hour. I attend Body Pump Classes and CxWorxs 2 times a Week. I attend  Zumba classes sometimes or Ill do it at home. I walk on treadmill and stationary bike on alternate days and implement weight lifting on the days that i dont attend Body Pump. I change my workout!

RonaldCrawford Make sure your form is correct per your sore knee. Drink plenty of water to lubricate your joints and "possibly" look into glucosamine chondroitin and/or fish oils to also help lubricate the joints and help with the knee discomfort. Aug 15, 2012 8:08pm
