Cardio, Weightlifting and Gym Classes
I walk usually in the morning for at least an hour. I attend Body Pump Classes and CxWorxs 2 times a Week. I attend Zumba classes sometimes or Ill do it at home. I walk on treadmill and stationary bike on alternate days and implement weight lifting on the days that i dont attend Body Pump. I change my workout!
