I played competitive soccer for 9 years so working out never seemed like work. It wasn't until I stopped being active and picked up drinking/partying there was a problem. I went from 120lbs in 2003 to 179lbs in 2004. I let myself go for almost 4 years before realizing I need to treat myself better.
Why I Love It:
I am in it for the adrenaline rush. I get off on working out. The attention isn't too bad either :)
How I Stay Motivated:
I've made a lot of friends at the gym and if I don't go for a while they'll definitely let me know they missed me! I'm also a dietitian so my field really calls me to practice what I preach.
BB Accomplishments:
NOT BEING FAT ANYMORE. Well that and getting my signature 2-pack back :)

I weighed myself and I lost 2lbs from the day before. I guess this diet works! I replaced a lot of my protein today with whey just because I was gone almost all day. Today's totals ended up being:
