How I Started:
I started lifting nearly 10 years ago and then fell off the wagon after getting married and the birth of my twins. I am tired of being fat and am ready to make a change, not only for me but for my twins. They need a positive role model.
Why I Love It:
I love how strong I am. I am not afraid to lift heavy and am addicted to the pump I get after an intense workout. I also like the DOMS, then I know I really did something good for my body. Cardio is not my favourite thing.
How I Stay Motivated:
This is where I am lacking. I usually use my children as motivation, and I want to look hot in my clothes!

I know how it goes with back injuries, I've been recovering from one for quite a while now. I can mostly train 100% but I just have to be careful. I hope you recover quickly! :)
your goal line is pretty damn funny really! I used to go to highschool with a chick who wore a dishtowel around her waist, she was THAT thin.
Eating clean isnt hard and after some time,other food just seems gross, salty ,mushy and FAKE.
