This ones from last year...put on weight since then. doesnt really count as far as my diet and exercise plan goes (started 7/09) but it does give a good indication of where I was b4.
Third place in first ever competition!! Not bad for working out for 2 months!!
My goal is to put on 5 lbs of muscle and compete in as many competitions as I can!! I officially Hooked!!!
Goal (Long):
I have always been athletic and enjoyed working out but now I want more from it. I just competed in my very First Competition on October 3, 2009 and I came in 3rd place in the Bikini Division. I intend on doing better and better as time goes on and with more training. I am very competitive and I wont stop until I am in the very best shape of my life!!
She inspires me soo much because I had the same ACL injury and surgery as her and her strength and determination make me want to be the very best I can be as an athlete, model, and competitor.

Brought home some 'hardware' @ first show... CONGRATS! What an accomplishment for 2 months?!?!?!?! training. I guess nous sommes dans la meme bain. We are in the same boat - looking for 5 lbs of muscle. Hey, I KNOW it can be done... i did it last year. Lots of FOOD. 118lbs at 8% vs. 123 at 118 at 12.5%.
