Be honest about what I am doing. Be honest about where I want to go. Keep my training on target. Reach my goals. Keep records.
Goal (Long):
Reach my goals. Single digit body fat. Bench press my body weight. Squat 2X bodyweight. Figure out something to do with all those empty extend containers.
Goal: If the people around me are not helping me get there, then I need different people. If I am not helping the people around me, reach thier goals, I need to be somewhere else.
Goodbye 2008. It was good to know you. We had a blast. I worked out solidly for the whole year. I can walk a mile or two, lift some iron, and stand up straight when I look someone in the eye.
Hi Dave,
Saw your motivation level comment a team pain. Hope everything works out OK for you and you manage to make the best out of whatever happens. Use your Bodybuilder mentality outside training too.
All the best!
