KLTexas Thank you! Well, my progress took longer than it should have (probably an extra 3 years) b/c I worked out a lot but didn't eat right-I always thought I could out train a bad diet. So- once I learned to eat clean along w/my workouts...It took about a year to get to my goal physique. Thanks again & I hope you have a wonderful Thanksgiving! Nov 21, 2012 3:23pm

TonyaNZ Sounds like you need to have someone . . . who really knows what they are doing, to really hear what your GOALS are & not only build the perfect training program for you, but match it with the perfect "kick-ass" nutrition plan. Without the right nutrition, you might as well not even set foot in the gym b/c you will not get the results you want! Nov 20, 2012 5:52pm
