Training hasn't been the greatest the last couple weeks, been a bit of a slacker. However, I am back on it this week. How has your training been coming along?

Bahamas was great ... been there quite a few times already. I hit legs 2x week, alternate between heavy and light ... been doing that for years but can't get the progress there.

Training honestly isn't too bad. I do need to figure out another plan cause I can't figure out how to get the results I want on my legs. Other than that it is going well. My profile pic was taken in the cabin to Bahamas. Have fun!

Thanks a lot Ivy for responding. Yeah my protein intake could be a factor; maybe not enough. Do you always lift heavy on leg day?

Hi Ivy? Are you still running stairs? What is your leg and ab routine like. I want more mass and definition on legs and definitely lose inches around the wasit. I'm afraid I'm losing muscle too as well as fat. Suggestions?
