To gain definition, muscle mass and lose body fat.
Goal (Long):
Try to work on acheiving overall definition, gain muscle mass and trim waistline. Definitely add mass to legs, slim waist, strengthen core. Oneday in the future to be in a figure competition.

mine has been real good this past month. over did it a little this past Monday, ended up with a sore lower back, so I've taken the past couple of days off, but I'm feeling good this morning, so I will probably hit it tonight.
Ahh....how was the Bahama's did you enjoy it? How often do you hit legs and do you do any squats. Good to hear the rest of your training is going well. On my end everything is goign pretty good cardio...cardio...trying to lean up some more. Take care and dont work to hard!

I circut trained for 6 months until I started really loving to lift...I wanted more so I had to go into the weightroom and show the men how its done......haha

you are welcome ;-) no i dont lift heavy on leg day anymore. I am trying to lean my legs out .. i dont want them to get bigger then there already are ... at 21.5 inches i barely fit my thighs into any of my jeans.
no i stopped running stairs but i am going to start doing that again next week. i just got back into working out. i do legs once a week. last night i did abs... cable crunches and rev crunch on a bench. hmmm if u think u r losing muscle maybe u need to increase protien.. also how many meals u eating... may not be enough to fuel your workouts
