What BeestMowde Is Up To

BeestMowde created a new BodyBlog entry "2013 Transformation Challenge Story".

We made it!  The three months is finished and I am transformed.  I sit here at my desk feeling fulfilled and proud of myself for losing thirty pounds in three months!  i feel lighter,stronger, and more powerful than ever. Growing up, I went from skinny to overweight pretty quickly.  Depression due to an inability to be my true self in my life packed on pounds quick.  Soda and comfort food took away the sting of being gay without being able to express myself.  All... mizzer80 Not really either, if I had to pick I'd say bulking as I'm working on adding lean mass (which in turn makes you more cut)...my weight loss is due to cutting the crap out of my diet while working hard in the gym and outside it Mar 17, 2012 8:27am

tankydank7 the thing is if you just eat the right foods u shouldn't be worrying much about getting fat cause your muscles want n need the right foods. just remember u wanna eat at least 1.5g per pound of body weight u have and you wanna take in at least 2-3g of good carbs per pound of body weight Mar 9, 2012 9:25am

RyanThames I eat pretty much whatever I feel like eatin I got to where befor I lift I run on the treadmill for 5 min then I do situps everyday and thats when I start hittin the weights I do it everyday just with different workouts. Mar 8, 2012 9:13pm

tankydank7 well i mean its 100% nutrition and 100% training and if you don't do one of them right you won't get where u wanna be. like me right now i need to work on my diet a lot more still I'm not quite there yet but its pretty hard for me cause i live in dorms but theres no excuses haha Mar 8, 2012 7:00pm

tankydank7 not right now i was using it a couple months ago cause i was trying to put on like 15 lbs so i did. now I'm working on a routine called fst7 but I'm modifying it a lot. pretty much changing it every day haha. I'm doing like 4-5 exercises per muscle. and doing between 3-4 sets each exercise usually and between 8-12 reps. then I'm working everything at least once a week but I'm doin bi's tri's calves traps 2 times a week Mar 8, 2012 6:50pm

tankydank7 if you go to art-ss.com its on there and they give u like a while 12 week break down i think n its just awesome. its really focused on warm up sets and then low reps to help make big gains Mar 8, 2012 6:41pm

tankydank7 makes sense then if i wanna gain a lot more weight i just up my carb intake to about 3 servings a day. personally i like to eat right after i work out a bagel wit peanut butter. i just don't want the sugars from fruits in my diet right now. so I'm staying away from them completely. and ill usually have about 2 to 3 servings of brown rice just because i don't have access to yams on this part of the island where I'm at. tankydank7 nice diet! if i could suggest something try substituting like 4 times a week the whole wheat pasta wit yams and brown rice. and if you want to try n get all the sugars out of ur diet u will burn more fat so if u would ilke to cut out the bananas thats a good idea too but those r just some of my suggestions but other than that looks pretty good!
