Thursday:
Tire Runs - 10 sets of 2 reps 50 yard windsprints with tires tired to me

Friday:
Bench Press - same as monday
Leg Press - 5 sets of 15 reps
Bicep Curls - 21's with 50 lbs.
running - random

Saturday:
Rest Day
running - 4 miles

Sunday:
Offensive Line Pratice
