Becuase they are something that is always changeing in a way that I want to get better each time I work out.

What tips would you give to others to help them stay motivated over the long-term?
Just have a set goal. Something that is always out of reach. When you get close to your goal, up the standerads more to make yourself push. Whatever you do, you have to ave the sense of hard work and pride. The shortcuts will just come back to hurt you in the end.Just have a set goal. Something that is always out of reach. Just drink water to prepare my body for the workout.
