Overall Goal: See my abs again for this spring: cut down on sugar (especially for breakfast) make my smaller meals include whole-wheat bread; lower carbs (take out chips and salsa)

When I learned the effects of nutrition on my highschool acne, I also began to research a nutrition plan focused on my workouts.
Why I Love It:
No one has control over your progress except yourself. Through discipline, commitment and sacrifice, you decide if you will overcome your plateau, your obstacles of being who you want to become.
How I Stay Motivated:
Filtering my life's obstacles through my workouts. Its how I destress. We will always have conflict in our lives; and if you use what calms you, revitalizes you, to overcome those obstacles, nothing can stop you.
BB Accomplishments:
Taking trans fat completely out of my diet; and constantly implementing this into my diet. Also in the future, obtaining my license as a Registered Dietitian.

Goal (Long):
Don't let your goals of working out get in the way of your studies for school. Constantly update and keep track of your daily and weekly schedules. Focus on studying enough and cut down on staying up late past 11:30pm.

I want to GAIN 10 lb
