How I Started:
I was out of shape. I wanted to shed some pounds. Running and such bored the heck outa me. So i took up weightlifting.
Why I Love It:
Not sure but its the one form of exercise I look forward to. It is one form of workingout you see actual progress besides just fat loss.
How I Stay Motivated:
I like looking and feeling better that alone keeps me motivated. When other people notice it is powerful as well.
BB Accomplishments:
I went from 220lbs of fat and flab to 170lbs of mostly muscle. The exciting part is the journey is just begining.

Hi, thank you! It will be better once i add a bit more mass to them. I have no problem adding them to the biceps, its just getting everything else built up.

omg you are killing me...PIZZA!!!! I had dinner with mom and sis and they made some shrimp and pasta stuff that was amazing but I only had a taste with my huge A$$ salade...just that taste and I am sooo swollen because of the salt it is horrible...but OH sooo worth the taste...lol

mmmmmmmmm...oatmeal...that is what I am gonna have! With one scoop of vanilla protein powder...yummy!!!! hhhhmmm might have chocolate this morning. I can't do eggs...ewe...I was on the South Beach Diet for about 3 months and the 1st two weeks I had eggs every day for breakfast...omg I thought I would hurl by the last day of those two weeks...lol
