I went to my dietian on Thursday the 21st of June. I found out that in the last 3 weeks I have put on 2.6kgs (5.7lbs), I couldn't believe it. I knew I had had some cheat days and my father was over for a week so my meal sizes were a far bit larger, but when I jumped on those scales my heart...
I just thought that I would drop by and wish you my friend, much success in your quest to get fit. Always challenge yourself to be the best that you can be during each and every workout and believe in your own inner strength. I"m doing good. I did not realize my summer was going to be this busy, but its ok. I have been having a hard time getting to the gym, but I still have the desire to go. Anywho, how are you doing?

Hey, it was holiday for me, but work for my hubby. But it was nice all the same. Good job on going to the gym! I need to dig deep and find some motivation.
You can do it! I know it can be hard to stay focused but it is well worth it! We all struggle sometimes but just remember why you want to reach your goals! Oftentimes the reason behind the goal is more motivating than the goal itself!
How goes the work to lose that screen name and change it to six pack Stu?
Are you still staying motivated and still hitting the gym?
