What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?

What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
well ive come along way, recently i've started cutting again after bulking for a fair while and watching things slowly improve. my chest measurement is down, but considering that all my lifts are up and that i'm currently very water depleted im not too concerned. my waist measurement has stayed...
