the begining cut, but skinny......now for some bulking
can u believe i was ever this skinny? 65kg
thankfully with some hard werk my cut paid off, however, now im only 69kg :| i have alot of werk to do at the gym

i was lifting too heavy on skull crushers, and tore the muscular tendenous junction on the crucial ligament of both of my triceps. it took 6 months of not being allowed to do almost anything to heal, ...more

well ive come along way, recently i've started cutting again after bulking for a fair while and watching things slowly improve. my chest measurement is down, but considering that all my lifts are up and that i'm currently very water depleted im not too concerned. my waist measurement has stayed...
