207-208. Good weight for me. Still need to work the midsection harder.

Between 200-205. Weight ok. Still 2.5" of flab when I grab my waist. Need protein!

... was down to 203 last week briefly. Now at 208-209. I am doing pushups daily and situps almost daily, plus 2 hours on the lawn twice/wk
