Overall Goal: We can learn a lot from the motive properties of single-celled organisms. Me, I'm all set to get around the house after a killer legs workout using flagellation. I just have to train my back hairs to climb stairs. Minor obstacle.

How I Started:
The skinny kid, wanted to bulk up and get stronger. I got fat, then dieted (Badly) and lost some of the muscle I had. Then did South Beach, from 250 to 209 pounds, and have maintained at 220 since.
Why I Love It:
I honestly think I have more muscle mass now then I did at 30. Which is not saying a lot. But it's something.
How I Stay Motivated:
My legions of adoring fans send me keys to late-model Mercedes Benz motor cars. Honest. They do. Now go ahead, join in. Hint: I like silver.
BB Accomplishments:
I'd have to say it was not puking and giving up when I was working out with "the Crew" (James (50+) Chuck (40+) and Shareef (30+)) when my trainer, Paul hooked me up with 'The Crew' when he left to shack up with his honey in Brasil. They later said they expected the 'White Guy' to give up. Well it took me a while, but I have to say, I proved them right!

Goal (Long):
Take a good lesson from 'uncle paramecium' and become as toned and buff as an e. coli germ.
Ok, this is going to sound odd. But I have never worked hard on my upper body. And it shows (shudder). But what is cool is, I'm sanding the woodwork and wall patches in my dining room with a Festool sander (the Rotex 6 inch, mostly, with integrated dust extraction to the double-HEPA...
I try to do cardio 3-4 times a week, and lift 3x a week, but rarely make it that often. I want to get faster at 5k's and start doing 10k's, and eventually work up to a mini triathalon.
I just stopped by to wish you success as you work towards your fitness goal. Exercise and a good nutrition program helped both myself and my wife (bodyspace: judimax) not only lose weight but also get into the best shape of our lives. If there is ever anything that I can do to be of assistance please feel free to give me a yell. I would like nothing better than to see you achieve all you dream of on your fitness journey. Good to hear. Drink plently of water and let that flush you out. Also, why not work out your arms and then sad? This will work those forearms/biceps to the limit and you'll inevitably tighten up those arms. It'll hurt-but...do it!
Your right on the money! its a challenge BUT the good thing is I've got little to go and soon i'll be able to fully concentrate on bulking and cutting.
Doing pretty good. Have a little pain in the ankle from the injury, and not quite as flexible, but it is pretty strong. Looks like you are still kickin it at the beach. Lucky...
