195 lbs. January 30, 2009. Started back working out today after a year break. Hoping to get back into things and make some good gains. Resuming a light 4 time a week training schedule. 15 min of cardio after each session.
bulking...unfortunately more fat than muscle I think
To get back into shape after a long five year break from regular lifting.
Goal (Long):
I used to train pretty religously and got to a nice 215 lbs with low fat. However, that was five years ago! Since then I have worked out maybe two weeks a year. And in the past twelve months I haven't touched a weight at all. I decided the other day it was time for a change. I have lost all my muscle and gotten fat and lazy. I've worked out this past week and it feels good. I'm breaking myself back in slowly with the weights, cardio, and eating habits. This time things will be different.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 15 lb
